Le projet Bliiida est né officiellement en 2014, de la volonté de Dominique GROS et de l’ancienne majorité municipale de créer un tiers lieu sur l’ancienne friche industrielle de TCRM-BLIDA. L’ambition était de faire de TCRM-BLIDA un nouveau lieu de l’écosystème d’innovation de la Métropole, en complément des sites du Saulcy et du Technopôle.
Des résultats reconnus parmi les meilleurs des Tiers Lieux
Bliiida a de nombreux défenseurs, à commencer par les résidents qui ont dans leurs dossiers les preuves de l’intérêt, mais surtout de la réussite, de ce tiers lieu. Cinq ans après son démarrage, Bliiida (avec les 3i pour Inspiration, Innovation, Intelligence Collective), est devenu le laboratoire métropolitain de la nouvelle économie numérique, créative et citoyenne. Il apporte une réelle lisibilité et plus-value à notre Métropole, avec plus de 100 résidents, 120 emplois générés, la création de 16 entreprises, de 25 start-ups, d’un incubateur de startups innovantes, The Pool, Fluxus (industries créatives et culturelles), et ESS We can pour l’économie sociale…
Des déclarations dangereuses et contradictoires sur l’avenir de Bliiida
Depuis l’arrivée de la nouvelle municipalité de droite, Bliiida ne semble pas du goût du nouveau Maire qui le compare à « un véhicule allant droit dans le précipice » (La Semaine 8/10/2020).
Quelques jours plus tard Jean-Marie Nicolas, adjoint à l’économie renchérit en déclarant « les projets présentés en 2019 pour le développement de Bliiida ne sont plus d’actualité…on doit rebattre les cartes…. on va faire des choses mais pas avec la même somme ». (RL du 26/10/2020)
Et, pas tout à fait sur la même longueur d’onde, Jacqueline Schneider, Présidente par intérim de Bliiida, et représentante de la BPALC au Conseil d’Administration, déclare «on va faire grandir Bliiida (…) Bliiida est un outil au service du territoire ». (RL du 28/01/2021)
Des décisions prises à l’unanimité pour sa gestion
Les messins, mais surtout les métropolitains puisque Bliiida est aussi une création métropolitaine peuvent prendre connaissance sur le net du rapport moral 2019 de l’association, mais aussi des rapports du commissaire aux comptes, et surtout de toutes les délibérations des différents conseils qui attestent que cette association a toujours reçu quitus à l’unanimité, de sa création et de sa gestion.
Et pour notre part, nous regrettons que l’ex-président et surtout l’ex-directeur ne défendent pas leurs bilans de ses 4 années parce qu’ils n’ont pas démérité. Même s’ils considèrent peut-être que les attaques sont tellement grossières que cela ne vaut pas une réponse alors ils ont tort, car à dénigrer il en reste toujours quelque chose et nos concitoyens méritent la vérité.
Etre dans le TOP 5 des tiers lieux en France avec le projet BLIIIDA 2020
La remise en cause, par la nouvelle municipalité, du projet BLIIIDA 2020 qui visait à positionner Bliiida dans le TOP 5 des tiers lieux avec l’objectif de 450 résidents, est totalement incompréhensible. Le projet Bliiida 2020 présente une cohérence dans un vaste programme de restructuration immobilière, plus accessible au grand public, des quartiers clairement identifiés (numérique, médias, art), un espace destiné aux start-ups,…C’est ce projet qui est aujourd’hui remis en cause par la droite municipale.
Bliiida à la croisée des chemins
Alors que nous avions réussi à rassembler tous les acteurs autour de Bliiida, projet phare pour le développement de Metz et de la Métropole, la droite municipale les divise par absence de vision stratégique et d’engagements clairs. Les prochains mois seront décisifs : il faut sauver notre Bliiida !
